- added loop encoding - means in one idle are encoded more than one frame
  You can change this option by editing config file. Set the higher value
  for faster computers (the priority becomes higher - encoding is performed
  much faster). Be care - program reacts only in (loops*0.5s) intervals.
  E.g. if you set loops=100 program will react once a 50s (almost 1 minute)!!!

- loading and saving configuration added
- added deleting after encoding
- added handler for removing files from batch list and clear list
- remember - to encode in any other bitrate or quality you have to edit
  config file ("~/.dreamenc/dreamenc.conf") by setting the value
  to one of these options:
  	"default bitrate"={40, 48}
  	"default quality"={low, medium, normal, high}
  I'm on support for changing these options directly from DreamEncoder
